Continuing Education
NATIONAL STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING ASSOCIATION
ANNUAL WASHINGTON STATE CLINIC, AUGUST 14, 2010
WESTERN WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY
What a fantastic day spent with excellent instructors and lots of hands-on training. I have some additional tools to help our clients with pain relief, moving happier and healthier, better sports performance, recovery from injury, and prevention of injury.
I was privileged to perform a wide variety of strength, movement, balance, and spinal health exercises which will be incorporated into our chiropractic patients’ treatments. If you want to continue doing the activities you like to do, you really do need to maintain spinal and total body strength and strength-endurance in order to preserve your joints.
OPTIMAL SHOULDER PERFORMANCE:
FROM REHABILITATION TO HIGH PERFORMANCE
This continuing education session presents the most recent and state of the art information on the assessment, evaluation, treatment, and training of the shoulder.
I felt I had to receive this training simply because lately our office has had a flood of chronic shoulder problems, most of which are directly related to the spine and its weakened performance. It would be a privilege to have a look at your shoulder(s) to see if we can help you live a happier life. As stated in the description of my recent seminar, it is imperative that you take active steps to preserve your joints.
